Without a modifier it will use speed potion, if you hold down shift and click on it it will use Mana (this example is the alchemist version, change if if you're not an alchemist). However, pressing Shift-3 activated Cat Form, not Roots. So I had to change the macro to using Alt-3 for Hibernate, and Ctrl-3 for Roots, to avoid that interference.
