I recently had to contact support for a failed DFI sensor (out of warranty), and got a response within a few days. After some discussion with support, they did send me a new DFI kit, so in total that process took about 2 weeks to have the replacement part delivered. Since you are still in warranty, I imagine that process will be quicker for you. Unplug your Litter-Robot for 10 seconds and then plug it back in. This performs a hard reset. When your unit is powered back on, it will perform a Clean cycle. Once the Clean cycle is complete, the unit should go back to blue ready status. If your unit returned Home and displays a solid blue light, you've been successful.
