They sell you a 500 per load, home every other day, & home on weekends gig during orientation but it never happens. When the work actually starts they want you to be available 7/365.Some of the perks like free snacks and drinks in the office were nice. Cons. Pay was low for the job duties. Morale was low among employees. Benefits were awful. Health insurance was not provided by a major insurer (BCBS, Aetna, etc).
