I had a salad and half an Italian panini. The salad especially was a pleasant surprise. I had heard of this place but thought it was only a bakery.

The price for a buffet with three entrees, salad, bread, and cheesy bread, is very reasonable. Wait staff are friendly and helpful.Making the dough for the Crispelle. Making the dough is very simple: Dissolve the yeast in 1 cup of warm water and let it rest for 10 minutes until it forms a foam. Mix with an electric mixer the flour, the yeast in the water and salt.
