Sometimes just the drive to the 1st delivery is an hour. That's what it's like for my region. Mine is a smaller warehouse (maybe about 50-60 Associates). We do stow, pick, pack, sort, problem solve, etc. Just on a smaller scale. My warehouse works with the Amazon Flex Drivers only whom use their personal vehicles to deliver packages to customers. I keep getting harassed by Amazon flex for undelivered packages only when I deliver from regular Amazon stations but never when I deliver from sub-same-day stations.
