Pony drop rate is about 20-25% on average from what we've experienced. RNG is RNG, Streaks happen.

Iirc, nightmare is at 5%. This one requires a dedicated party crushing either Garuda or Titan EX, Ifrit takes too long. Ravana weapons are dropped each time, but if in the off chance yours doesn't drop, you get a totem. Having to grind 99 rounds of suzaku and seiryu while sitting through all the animations is torture. On the bright side if farming shinryu at least there's a chance to get a 1.5m drop...
